I've built the customer facing teams for a handful of successful startups. I also consult with other companies and help them solve problems or offer the services of a fractional customer leader.
One of my favorite focus areas is building customer education programs. That could mean writing product education docs, starting an education webinar program, building onboarding teams, filming product videos or anything in between.
The next generation of leadership are waiting for companies to give them opportunities to grow. I've spent over a decade coaching and mentoring new leaders, either as part of the teams I manage or outside leadership coaching.
I was most recently Vice President of Customer Experience at Qwilr. I previously helped build the service teams at such companies as Customer.io, Automattic, and Campaign Monitor. I also write all about customer experience and building great customer teams for TestBox.com.
I'm currently taking a sabbatical and frolicking with a flock of chickens in the forest, but stay tuned to updates over the next few months as I surface and seek my next adventure.
